Welcome to the Beale Street Music Festival. This year our festival is filled with great delights - wonderful performances, free events, and lots of fun - as well as workshops, master classes and informative demonstrations.
It is a special year for us, one in which we have focused on the Beale Street Music Festival mission not only to bring nationally and internationally renowned artists into our midst, but to give back to the community through free events and community partnerships designed to showcase local artists.

Beale Street Music Festival Beale Street Musical Festival always kicks off the wider Memphis in May celebrations. It takes place over three days on four stages, bringing the best in music to the 33-acre site in Tom Lee Park, on the banks of the Mississippi. With a great reputation and a distinguished Beale St "alumni" - including the likes of B B King, Al Green, Van Morrison, Ray Charles, Isaac Hayes, Lynyrd Skynryd, Willie Nelson and Ike Turner & The Kings of Rhythm - the event has a reputation for playing host to a major May musical feast.
The Beale Street Music Festival has been nominated for a Concert Industry Award for the Music Festival of The Year, and was named by Playboy Magazine as one of the Fun 2000 events - a "must-do list" for the new millennium. …...more!
